    Our billing cycle runs from the first to the last day of each month. Invoices for the completed month are issued on the first business day of the following month.

    The Grace Period is designed to provide new clients with additional flexibility during the initial stage of our services. For example, the Popular Choice package includes a 2- month Grace Period, with a minimum spend of $725 per month for up to 37.5 hours of work.

    Here’s how it works:

    If you hire us starting January 1st, the Grace Period will apply for January and February. During this time:

    • If we work less than 37.5 hours in a month, your invoice will reflect the minimum spend of $725.
    • If we work more than 37.5 hours, the fee will be prorated. For instance, if Orakor works 75 hours in January, your invoice will be $1,450.

    This policy ensures you only pay for the work you need as we establish a working relationship.
